Anyone out there running Dr Gas X-pipe? Do you like it? I have heard that it makes the exhaust sound "whiny". Any truth there?
thanks.
thanks.
Just went to go check out my exhaust set up with the X Sounds great not sure about how it will affect performance yet. Flowmaster 40s Dynomax X pipe and Chrome Tips.
than an H pipe sure, but the true classic mustang dual exhaust is just from the headers to muffler on each side then out, no crossing, or attaching to the other pipe, H the pipes connect like an H |\| kinda. Ours goes | | >< the way i see it, straight is better airflow, no?allcarfan said:I think an Xpipe has been dyno-proven to create more HP and torque than an Hpipe. I have never in my life heard anyone complain about an Xpipe until this thread. Personally, I think they sound great! I may be biased though because I have one. As for a pain to put on and off the car to work on.... whats so hard about 6 bolts to the headers and two clamps on the muffler?
What is up with TCP?? I heard that once mustangs plus boutght them the prices went up and the quality down?? Their products allways looked cool to me.allcarfan said:YIKES, dont let historic see that TCP SETUP!!!
