exhaust question

well im looking fro an exhaust but i want something in between stingers and flowmasters, i was thinking about pypes violator or the mid muffler how would those compare??

I have no experience with the stingers or flowmasters (though I hear the stingers have pretty bad drone). I have the Violators. They fit well for me and sound great. Here's a few clips.

yeah i think the violators sound pretty good, but why are they so cheap, you can get the unpolished violators for like 170

They're probably not made in the US. It's not for lack of quality, or sound. I was pinched for cash when I bought mine, and wanted something different than stock. I actually bought some different ones, but they sent me the wrong ones. They ended up being a great buy. After having these, I tried to change the mufflers on the '05 side exhaust to Pypes, too, but that's mostly the woman's ride, and she likes the Magnaflows.
