Well I added my Torque arm and Panhard bar this weekend. The problem now is that my exhaust (where it goes over the rear end) on the passenger side rubs on the phb and makes a horrible nosies!

If I can't move the pipes over far enough can I just cut them at the mufflers with a air grinder? I plan on putting 2.5's later on but for now the noise is driving me crazy! Would this hurt any performance due to lost of back pressure?

If you cut the tailpipe off - you're gonna find that you're trading one noise for another. Having the mufflers 'dump' under the car usually grows old pretty quickly from a volume/resonance perspective. But a custom shop should be able to bend you a set of tail pipes that will clear the rod.
