Exhaust tips in an 03 Cobra rear bumper?

Anyone know if the SLP Loudmouth 3" exhaust tips will fit in the rear bumper of the 03 Cobra with no modification?

they'll fine as far as diameter...borla stinger tips are 4" and they fit perfectly so the 3"ers' will fit fine also

I have Magnaflow with 3.5" tips on my GT w/'03 Cobra rear bumper and they fit fine.
