So I just ordered some 4" exhaust tips that I plan to have installed (welded) when I get my FLSFCs installed. They're 12" long and I realized that after looking underneath my car the exhaust tips that are on there are 12" long and are welded on. Is the shop going to have a lot of trouble cutting those off and welding on the new ones and getting them to the correct length (amount sticking out past the bumper)? I'm hoping its something the shop will know how to deal with but I'm just curious.

Well yes I plan on it. But my concern is that when they cut off the tips that are on there, there won't be enough material for them to properly weld the new ones onto and have them actually stick out some since they're the same length as the ones currently on there.
