I have the Bassani o/r x and cat-back and get compliments on it all the time. It has a deep throaty rumble.

Yeah, make sure you get the O/R if you want it to be louder.Maybe race magnums with an offroad x pipe would be one of the loudest?Possibly the mufflers with cutouts may be what you are looking for.

Open header or straight pipe. Both are cheap.
