I need a 2nd opinion. I have a 98 GT and I live in FL, so we have no inspections. Do you think it would be wise to get an off-road h-pipe, or will i be getting pulled over all the time. Ive heard, ur car will smoke more and you will smell unburned fuel. I dont want to get in trouble for not having cats. Let me know if anyone else is using no cats on a daily driver.

Thanks a bunch...>Eric

<----daily driven o/r xpipe and flows. pretty f'ing loud, no problems with the police. when i have been pulled over w/ the xpipe on, i turn the car off so the officer wont smell the exhaust. no smoke problems. it will smoke right after the install for ~30 minutes while the protective coating burns off, but after that, no more smoke.

i just found someone on a local mustang forum to inspect it for me.

well it depends on what kind of catback you have...some systems sound like azz when u do offroad...however these are matters of opinion...if u get an o/r just dont install it and then zoom past a police station for a few days so it can settle in thats all...itll be fine

If you have Flows, get an O/R X. I've got this setup on my 98 GT and it sounds FABULOUS! I mean...it sounds great .

The difference between an O/R H and an O/R X is: H has more rumble, X sounds more ripping than rumble...like nascar. I prefer the sound of the X over the H.

But then again...it's all up to you.

Just my 2¢

Off Road Prochamber with Mac cat-back. Love the sound, no problems with the fuzz.

I believe the prochamber is a lot like the x pipe in combustion mixture methods. I say this because you [propaganda382] may not know. ProChambers are awesome though.
