Welcome Aboard and Congrats on your new ride!
If you are looking to just replace your catback exhaust and make to louder
I would seriously consider the Magnaflow Magnapack catback.
I installed this catback not too long ago and it sounds awesome and
it is great quality and stainless steel so, you don't have to worry about
it rusting on you.I got my catback from Nino at Ninosport because he is
a great guy to deal with and he beat everyones prices.

Just get a Catback and X-pipe because sooner or later I guarantee you'll be replacing all that anyway. No need to backtrack and waste money. Magnapacks sound great. I have them. A good midpipe is a Magnaflow X-pipe. If you go with Magnaflow, get it through this website from partshopper. They'll match or beat anyone's prices on Magnaflow products. Their's alot of choices for exhaust. Check around for sound clips of different combos.

Yeah might as well get the whole cat-back system instead of just swapping mufflers. Depends on how loud you want it. I have a Mac cat-back and offroad prochamber....its pretty darn loud. My wife can hear me coming home from about a mile away and that's not even getting on it real hard. Its also deep and rumbly at low rpm's....sets off car alarms sometimes. Anyways, there's a vid clip on my website linked in my signature below. Give it a listen.

Oh, BTW....it doesn't actually pop anymore like it does in the vid clip.

I definitly recommend listening to the sound clips. There are alot of choices and nobody on this forum will agree with each other on a best. They all produce about the HP. Sound is really the only difference.

I think Bassani is the best. I love mine

imo bassani w/an o/r x-pipe is the best ive heard but bassani is a little pricey but i have magnaflows and an o/r x-pipe i used to have an h-pipe w/flowmasters and it was too loud and droned way too much and the o/r h-pipe w/the magnaflows made alot of popping noise and sounded like crap below 3k rpms so i swapped to and o/r x-pipe and it is just right its not too loud but you can definently hear it its got a nice deep tone to it when cruising and when you get on it it absolutely screams and its a made very well i suggest it my dad ordered for off a name a price site might have been parts shopper i dunno and got it brand new for $300 ill ask him where he got it when he gets home

After hearing alot of sound clips I think the Bassani x pipe sounds
the best with the Magnaflow Magnapacks. What exhaust you like
is all your preference though and go with what you like.

removing the cats will give it a louder tone...I prefer my magnapacks and the o/r prochamber....it's my 3rd setup...and the best....keep in mind that your car won't sound exactly like the sound clips do...different cams will give you great performance and a sweet old school idle...and before you do all this stuff get in good with your neighbors....mine hate me cuz I wake em up every morning at 6:30 on the way to work
