puttin a 97 cobra motor in my 98 gt......will my pypes x-pipe fit up with the manifolds from the cobra?

it should because my H pipe is from a 96 cobra, and it fits perfectly on my 98 gt, i think all mod motor exhaust 2v/4v from 96-04 are the same, maybe not 03-04 cobras
