2004 Expedition, rear diff grinding noise, axle and driveshaft bearing bad.

Dealer wants $1500 or so to rebuild it.

New diff is $1500, my local mechanic said he'd put it in for cheap.

What to do?

Is there a place that sells remanufactured diffs for this truck?
