I really like the strange units. Having the ability to adjust is great for the street and strip. For the street I have mine set right in the middle(5). I think it's perfect with the 175# coilovers. It actually rides fairly soft and takes a lot of the harshness out of the road. We have crap roads here also. I would think they would work great with a "regular" spring. I highly recommend them and are very reasonably priced.
