Experience... What is THE BEST spark plug for the 5.0? All opinions welcome.

You know I have head alot of controversy over which spark plugs are best in a 5.0. Some claim they picked up a hp or two by switching to splitfires, while others say they are just a waist of money. I have heard that NGK or autolites are the best.. So lets battle it out and see which plug rises to the top..

Regular ole set of Copper Autolight plugs. Splitfire is a gimick and platinums don't show any gains. They often don't work at all in boosted apps.

Autolite 25's or Motorcraft 42c's (or is it 32c's...i always confuse the modular and 302 plugs)

According to my school, Contour plugs will work on my 5.0, I guess I stole a spark plug today? lol see my other post for details lol
