Update - sent the explorer 19lb injectors to an injector shop to have them flow tested. They were all dirty and not flowing evenly - and they decided it's not worth keeping them so I will get a used set that flow evenly. The injector tech said the injectors will leak without the little seal/o-ring at the top.
Attached is a pic they sent me of their flow.
Of course, I have no idea if I am getting hoodwinked (into buying a set of injectors) by the injector shop! But I do know that when I tested them on my amateur bench that they did click (with a 9V battery hooked up to each injector) but the injectors sprayed strange looking patterns when I ran wd-40 through them.
