Go to your local hardware store and get (4) 1/4" x 20thread x 2" long Allen studs, like the pic...put one in each corner...lay your gaskets in place, the MS93334 gaskets will lock right into the "tabs" one your head gaskets, youll see when you do it...this and the studs are damn near foolproof...put some RTV in the corners...lower the intake down...these studs will line things up square...place your bolts in..snug lightly, pull the studs, put the bolts in...TQ in sequence...done deal...Use that kit I show above...works the balls...Ive had zero leaks with the studs...

Any place that sells Fel-Pro gaskets should have it....it fits all FI 302s right up to ours, so its fairly common...The only gasket you cant use in the kit is that small mother with the 2 holes...thats for a Fox TB IAC valve....The kits like 15-20 bucks...

Yea ... I did exactly what RIO said, except I used the studs for placement, then removed them and put the stock bolts back in. I put a little of the Ultra Black RTV on the head side of the gasket and let it set for about 10 mins. I had NO problems of the gasket moving either. Use the stud trick, works great! I also used bungee cords to hold back the wires and water lines, made it a hell of a lot easier for a one man install! Also, make sure you have a 1 1/8" WRENCH to remove that water supply line on the front left of the manifold. Oh, and just to comfort you STUNNER ... the distributor slipped right back into place and lined up perfectly! Any other questions - feel free to ask me, even though RIO seems to be the master at the tricks!!! Just gotta bolt up the upper now - then I'm done. YEA!
