Explorer rear axle tag?? Is it a posi?

I picked up a rear for the stang and not sure if it's a posi or not. It's from an explorer. I was told it came from an 98 and had 4:10 gears but after I looked at the tag it has 3:55 in it. Not a bad thing but would like to know if it's posi. Here is what the tag says.

Why not just spin one axle and if the other spins the same direction it is.

the tag on my explorer rear i believe had the words L/S or LS on it somewhere. Mine by the way is a posi.

Usually it will say 3L55 instaed of 3-55 for a posi. I vote 3.55 gear, open carrier.

No "L" , NO posi. Unless someone other than Ford put it in. Or someone at Ford made a Boo-Boo.
