explorer TB help
I have the TB off the explorer motor i found sitting here. Should i be able to open the butterfly thingy by hand??? The plate inside is kind of all grimed up with a little rust and i was just wondering if i should be able to open it by hand and if it's still usable if i cant.
also...how can i go about cleaning this thing? it looks in pretty bad shape but i'd rather not buy a brand new TB if i can use this one.
