i just installed 24lb injectors. and a pro-m mass air meter for 24lb injectors. i put the intake back on. pretty sure i got all the vacuum lines back in the right spots. 2 little ones on the intake rear and a larger one there. one for oil to the throttle body, and one to the EGR? or whatever thing is on the back of the throttle body...

then i reconnected the wiring harnesses, the 3 on the throttle body. done.
put the intertia switch back in the trunk.

think i pushed it but its already down, cant push it???

i go to start my car, turn the key half way. fuel pump clicks on.. off (normal) go to turn it over. and i hear *click* and everything shuts off.. then no power to anything.. then i cant get anything to turn at all. no power at all.

then if i disconnect the battery again for a while or something it will let me power stuff again

i thought it was the alarm that was in the car so i ripped that out. theres wires everywhere. and a huge ziplock bag of wires i took out. so maybe it was the alarm? or the intertia switch? or what.

either way i took my intake back off now AND I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH IT.
HELP ME PLEASE

Maybe the fact that you ripped it out could be the case but im hoping you didnt. Now have you played with the inertia switch? There is no "oil line" that goes to the tb either so i dont know what that line is, not the problem anyways. Have you reattatched everything yet?

well, it had the same problem before i ripped the alarm out. id try and turn it over, no go just a click. everything shuts off. and then a couple seconds later my alarm would start going off.. and my remote for it barely worked and stopped working at this time. so i said **** it im taking it out.

heres a picture of the line that goes to the throttle body. youll see what im saying. circled in red.

did you loose power everything? like headlights and all, that sounds like a bad battery cable connection

Ditto that... Make sure the battery is hooked up correctly.

Yep. Disconnect both the positive and negative cables and clean the terminals.

If you wiggle either the + or - cable and can get power to come back, then your cables are bad. What you describe sounds exactly like the problems I experienced when my ground cable went bad.
