Well, I'm off the road for a bit. I was going down the highway, and I went to down shift and it wouldn't come out of 5th. With a bit of swearing and convincing I got it to third and now it won't come out at all. I hobbled the car home in third so once again I avoided a tow truck. I know that I probably bent the shifter forks or something, but I just thought that I would ask to see if anyone had the same prob, and if there is a heavy duty rebuild kit for these trannys. I know that a tremec would be the better way to go but money is tight right now and 5g canadian is not in the budget. Thanks in advance
