I do no track events(i.e. drags,road-courses, or anything) but do "ENJOY" driving my car on the street. Will drilled and slotted factory sized rotors be any better than my factory setup I have now? Or should I not even worry about it?
p.s. I do not want to spend the money for bigger any thing since I only drive on the street. Thanks for any help.

Drilled rotors tend to crack. They do not add anything for the street. It is okay for road racing because these guys put on new rotors for each race or race weekend. slotted just wear pads faster. Again offer nothing for the street.

My $.02 anyway

If you don't want the spend the money now, wait until you're due for a brake job and do the bullitt upgrade.

If you "enjoy" driving on the street, and I'm assuming you mean "spirited" driving, then a 13" upgrade will do you "justice." Besides, you can get the kit for under $400.00 and the difference in stopping and pedal feel over the crap 11" oems will be very noticable.

Just keep the stock rotors (if nothing is wrong with them) and buy Hawk HPS or EBC Green Stuff

$100 option

or

Get the bullitt/mach/cobra front upgrade, if you have $400 laying around
