So i was driving around town the other day, and as the sun hit my gauges at an angle, i noticed an arrow that pointed up in the tach. Under the 4k mark. I'm assuming this is a shift light?? But apparently Ford didnt make it functional. Has anyone seen this before? Or gotten it to work? Makes you wonder what all the empty spaces in the fuse box are for...

It's been mentioned here before, but no answer/reply on how to make it functional. Must be someway though or Ford wouldn't put it in the car. Anyone know if the same gauge is used in another vehicle, perhaps overseas where the light is active? Anyone here work for Ford and can find out?

I know there is a shift light setting in the tune. It may only need the wire from the ECU to work.

I think the Focus has shift lights... Its not like you need a shift light to know when to shift anyway.
