So, im about to take my car into the dealership to get some stuff looked at b4 my warranty expires. Some TSB stuff like the front popping noise. And some Tranny stuff. When i went to tune my car back to factory, the car runs insanely bad. You cant even get the car rolling in 1st cause its shaking like crazy. It feels like im just learning how to drive. All my mods are is a CAI that doesnt need a tune, and a tuner. Thats all. Is my factory tune messed up?

Which tuner are you using and who did your tune? Don't take this the wrong way, but maybe you might read over the instructions or call the guys who did the tune for help (I've done dopey things like not reading the instructions for the SCT Xcalibrator and having the thing not work).

Did you switch back to the factory airbox?

thats strange.. at worse you could trigger the limp home mode the spanish oak processor is now famous for.. but this sounds like another problem was created, if you put your stock air box back on make sure all connectections to the TB are good, anything that can let unmetered air in can cause issues like this.
