what are the differences between the materials of the components on aftermaket heads and heads that come straight from the factory? considering you drive like a normal person will aftermarket head components last as long as the factories?

The only differences in actual materials are between aluminum and iron heads, bronze and iron valve guides, and regular or stainless steel valves. Stock heads are iron with iron guides and regular steel valves. Most iron aftermarket heads also have iron guides.

If you use soft springs and a benign cam, then yes they will last like stock.
