Fan only blows at feet when switch is set on mix

The fan only blows at my feet when fan switch is set on mix, Is this correct ?
Shouldn't it blow both from the lower and the "middle" ventilation-"shafts".
It has been quite hot here in sweden nowdays and I want to chill both my feet and the rest of my body at the same time

check the hoses that run along the firewall to the vacuum tree. Usually, there is a break/crack in one of them when this happens.

Yeah...follow all those lines. They may look fine on top. but check the bottoms. I had the same problem.
