What is the difference between the low and high speed on the fan. My Fan will turn on at about 212-220* But I heard that it is also supposed to come on when I put the A/C on. My A/C doesn't work right now all it blows is hot air. I think it may need to be recharged. Is it supposed to come on with A/C on max?
