I just put one on last week from NAPA, don't have the numbers at the moment, but I ask for a 289 A Code 225 hp, fan clutch, water pump, and new thermostate. All worked fine, I do have the 6 fan blades fan - model not sure - no extension and the fan is about 1 1/2 away from the radaitor and I have factory air. I read where most recommend 1" away, however I run cool...no issues!
