felpro 1415 ?

ok after reading through thread after thread i decided to take the advice of many and get the felpro 1415 gaskets for my bbks. i saw in a thread that they had a certain direction to put one side to the head and one side to the flange.

mine have no kind of markings other than part #s on one side. the alum is sandwiched between the paper.

please tell me which way to turn them.

thats just it, the metal part is in the middle of the paper.

after doing a search on "the other site" i got my answer, it really doesnt matter.

I believe mine were the same on both sides with no marking. I did mine last year and paid no attention to their orientation, just popped them in.
