While those are all amazing cars... a little piece of me is bothered to see them modded to that extent.

Love to see all original Capris or ones that have been mildly modded, but caged, chutes, gigantic slicks and hood scoops... just too much IMO.

AGREED, IMO the only thing I would do is put a nice set of wheels and drive it would not change a thing on one of these beautys

I feel the same way about 93 cobras. it would be interesting to see what kind of car they started out with, a few of them may have been basket cases

I feel the same way to an extent, just wanted to show some purpose built and badass capris since they aren't seen very often.

Yep, still have the 79 Capri 5.0 I got in 81. 275 k miles, now simi retired, awaiting it's turn for a going through.

agree, i miss mine. yes, but i dont miss people askin why i put a wide body on my mustang. alot of people dont know what a capri is. atleast my old on is still in the family, and has been since 84-85. once its back up and running ill snap some pics, although its primer right now its still a solid car. i sold my lx hatch for a notch, but if i found a clean capri i might just give in..

My 80 went to the JY in 1990. It was no loss as it was a 4 banger with only 3 cylinders that had any compression. It was powder blue with a mashed passenger side door.
