Does anyone know of a manufacturer providing a cold air intake kit (air filter in fenderwell) for a 1991 LX 5.0 that is not chrome? Thanks.

UPR makes one that's about $80-90 and dark plastic.

Paint a chrome one.

James (The User) started a thread some time ago IIRC looking for the same thing. Perhaps a search of his threads started would reveal something.

:OT: Dave, do you think Alan can or would make bumper chin spoilers for SN95's? There is a pretty big demand right now (Ford disco'd them for the S197's). I did not know if he can do that kind of thing (it's like a 6 buck piece of plastic) or would want to (you know what he does a whole lot better than I do). I figured probably not (it would probably be a batch of them for folks), but it was worth sticking feelers out about it (I have never talked to him directly before).

I have no idea Contact him, he's very approachable and cool. I do know that he's very busy currently, but anything could be possible in the future.

Will do - thanks Dave. It seemed to me that he had done some work for you, so I figured you would know if it was worth asking him. I will.

Hey guys, just curious....did Moroso go out of business? Since I've been gone for a couple of years I have lost contact with a lot of the Mustang world. I had a Moroso fenderwell CAI and loved it. Worked great, and I was surprised nobody mentioned it. Thinking about one for my son's GT.
Dang I wish I hadn't got rid of my surge demon!!!
