fiberglass 1987-93 cobra side skirts

what do you guys think of these are they reliable?

I wouldn't want fiberglass, but I'm sure there are a bunch that have 'em without problems. I just see it as one more thing to go wrong, and I have enough problems

i just bought a brand new set from a guy here in town with the urethane rear bumper .although the rear bumper is in excellent condition and is not new i thought it was worth the 300 bucks total i paid for them when you factor shipping costs. not sure what the side skirts go for in fiberglass though but the rear valance with shipping would have been somewhere near that price

Dude, don't waste your money on them, from experience.. I bought the fiberglass stalker bumper from cervinis and a 93 fiberglass cobra from ABC. Both were pain in the ass to make fit, abc one was worse. I didn't line up right and it sagged bad.

Just pay the extra money for some urethane ones. I just installed some OEM 93 cobra side skirt and if they didn't have any give to them, no way they would bolt-up.

i may use the gt side scoop that attaches just after the door just to get a diferent look .i already have the cobra extension from cervinis for the front extension.

Try to stay away from fiberglass if at all possible. Not as flexible (can result in fitment issues) and chip pretty easily.

yeah i was not going to but i atleast got a urethane rear bumper and i still have a mint gt side skirts to fall back on if i don't like the fit.
