So here goes. I changed the ECT, ACT and the O2 sensors, cleaned the MAF and checked every vacuum line. None of those were at fault.
It was the darn injectors. They were all gummed up. I ended up taking it in to performance shop here in Vancouver and they found that all the injectors were fouled. So any of you that are having the bogging issue might try running some good amount of seafoam through your fuel system and that might solve it.

, and 24lb injectors and having them installed for 850 bucks with a custom burn chip and a dyno tune. I would be buying the intake separately though. 850 bucks includes new fuel filter, dyno runs, install of cobra manifold and injectors, price of chip and burning of the chip.

See if they'll sell you the injectors (we are talking about stock 19's now right? not those 24's that come with the intake?) and install them yourself with the intake.
