Yeah, so I just ran down to the store. Figgered I'd take my favorite backroad with the hills, sweet curves, and OH SH1T a big ol' pothole that wasn't there before. I pounded it with the left front wheel. Now something is squeeking like crazy over every bump and dip.

What did i F up? It squeeks when I rock the car even slightly when it's parked.

Thanks.

maybe you screwed up a bushing in the A-Arms? or damaged a spring or shock hard to tell without hearing/looking at it but these are what i think the culprits could be.

That's odd. I would try having one person rock the car to make the nosie and another one to put thier head under there and listen for where it comes from.

i like 90GT's idea.
if all else fails, if you have the stock top strut bushings in there, you could have grenaded one of them. that will cause some squeaks.

good luck.

Sounds like a busted spring isolater to me... If they are the stock rubber ones, switching to polyurethane ones wouldn't hurt.

Thanks for the feedback gents. I'll get up in there and see what I can hear. Everything up in there is original so I'm sure it was about time something broke after 12yrs and 150,000 miles.

Anyone else experiencing the "squeeks" in their front end? It's not so much a "mouse squeek" but a squeeky creak, if that makes sense...
