Final priming pics... 67 EFI restomod

I'm trying... its been a very long road, and I have had the patience to do it... I am looking forward to getting it painted. I figure I will have it by the end of July (Remember, I work real slowly because mostly of time)

You cant. What you need to do to post unlimited pictures is use the Image button when you post. So when you upload a picture to your cardomain site or lets say Imageshack click the image so it's at it's full size. Then right click the image and scroll down to Properties, then copy the URL address. Then come back here and click the Image button and paste the link in there. It's very easy to do and you can post as many pictures as you want!

wow...very nicely done. Well worth going to the cardomain site and checking it out!

Was that Power Brake Booster and MC a direct swap from a fox or did you have to do any modifications?

You have to drill some extra holes in the firewall to mount the booster, and I had a new brake pin TIG welded into the brake pedal. It actually has both the original pin and the new pin in the pedal. Then just bent up the lines to fit and now Ihave great power brakes.

When I bought the car, I actually drove it with the manual four drum brakes around the block... I didnt think it would stop at all. It almost felt dangerous to drive it that way.

I might end up with 4 wheel disk brakes by the time its all done. I have the 8.8 out back with 1.25" spacers. I already have the SN95 axles and they are a direct fit... then I can just put the regular SN95 rear discs or go with a cobra rear, but that is all in the future because I just want to get it finished right now the way it is... then improve it later through the years.

Thanks for the compliment. I probably have at least 5X more pictures than what is posted up there. I have really tried to document the entire process and IF I ever sell the car, I believe someone would be very interested to see all the work and also there is no way to hide what has and has not been done the car.

Its fun. Call it character building basics with lots of patience. No, really, I do enjoy it and I have drawn it out to get the enjoyment out of it. This will probably be my last build (I have done quite a few) since I have a young one now. I hope to keep this one for a long time and hopefully she will enjoy it, though it will not be for a while.

Hehe.. well I hope part of 'character building' includes colorful language because I'm afraid that is how mine will end up. BUT I have quite some time before then so maybe I'll mature a little more myself by then.

My son is 10 so he's starting to get interested in the car. Should be fun the next couple years and more.
