After 7 Months i Finally got my car dynoed. I never baselined stock.

Mods:

BBK Ceramic Long Tube headers
BBK Catred X-pipe
JLT Intake

347RWHP 350RWTQ

Not bad at all i think. The A/f is a little lean up top, but not by much.

Id like to hear your guy's input.

Be careful running lean... The rings can't take it very long and neither can the pistons.

Your numbers are great but I would lower the A/F. You may lose as much as 10rhwp but you will be thanking yourself later.

I would have guessed dyno numbers around 320rwhp-330rwhp with your mods.

I am Barely running rich in the 5800-6000 rpm range, and i never go that far on the street anyways. But yes i will get it tuned. I have a Series Iv so i was expecting around, 350/350 which is basically what i got.

Now its time for:

90MM Maf
42# Injectors
75mm Tb
Pump
Tune
Heat Exchanger
Plugs
2.8 Pulley.

I would love 400/400 Safely.

The guys I know with your mods and S4's are not getting 350/350 without the mods you talked about adding.

Infact, the only S4 guys that make more power than you have a ported manifold and have sealed the ic. If I were you I would consider both. I picked up big gains from both.

It will happen soon.I plan on Stiemier porting both. So your saying my Numbers are good? I need a tune though. The supercharger was only running at 150 Degrees after 3 runs. The pump, tune, 42's, 90mm, and 75mm tb are gonna be 30RWHP i know it. And i have a LFP Heat Exchnager on the way for summer.

Your numbers are great but you must lower your A/F unless you plan on rebuilding your motor in the very near future. 14.1 is suicide in anyone's book...

12.5 max and maybe less since you are considereing some other serious mods with the stock motor.

Stiegemier is good but the guys that did my manifold are better. Stiegmeier did my S2 blower when I dynoed 347rwhp and 381rwtq. (I am local to both and watched both) The guys that did my manifold took more time and really did made sure every corner was perfect. If you want their number I can give it to you. My car is currently haveing some serious work done. All by these guys...

Peak Performance and PBJ did my manifold and will be doing the rest of my motor.

Give Joe a call. His number is 636-375-3151. He can email you pics of the before and after. It is quite amazing.

Well ive decided that im gonna go with the Following

SCT Tune from Mike at KEM Performance.
SVT Focus Fuel Pump
FRPP 42LBs Injectors
90MM MAF
75MM Accufab Throttle Body
LFP Heat Exchanger

This should solve my lean problem and also give me 30-40 more hp.

Those #'s sound good. My test car with only the JLT got 305.7 rwhp and about 340 rwtq.
So over 40 hp from headers and X pipe is great!!.

One of my buddies has a stock 2004 Mustang Cobra that was dynoed at 389RWHP. Rated at 390 at the crank I think there is a little underating taking place. However, why is it that 03-04 Cobra have that much more HP than 01-04 saleens, yet they run the same 1/4mile times stock vs. stock? Are the Cobras underrated in their 1/4mile times from the factory too? Or is it the rear axle that makes up for it?

The Cobras are under rated from the factory.
Why do they make more power then the S/C's? For one there DOHC. This is a big factor.

As far as times. Tons of stock Cobras have well into the 12's on stock tires.
I have a customer who ran 12.40's on street tires and paper filter, NO MODS!
The Cobras you see running high 13's and 14's are driven by a novice driver. No offence, but that's the case.
