FINALLY got a short video of my SC 5.0

Looks good bro... You need to fix them wires send them through the firewall....looks horrible like that..not to mention ur taking a risk of pinching the wires...Other than that and the rear bumper cut out like that that i absouletly hate when people hack the gt bumper when all u need is dumps.....but its your car....:nice:

Soudns awesome, but as the others have said, clean up that wiring mess please. Looks like you had a rats nest under the dash as well :notnice:

I also noticed you did not have a vacuum line hooked to the FMU, any reason that's not there as well?? Take the time to neaten a few things up and you're all set :nice:

How's it run? And please for the love of God, clean up that rat's nest of wires running through your door jamb! :rlaugh:

yeah I know those are the wires that run to my gauges. It is so cramped under my dash I cant find a place to run them. I have had to rewire alot of that car so there is ALOT of wires but i have them running from inside the fender through the door jam...just temporary...as far as the cutouts. A while back I got into a wreck and my orignal bumper was destroyed and my brother had this one so he gave it to me so I did have to buy a new one. Just so happen that my exhaust fit right in lol

yeah because I am not running the FMU. I just havent had time to take it off. My fuel lines are running through it but I have 42# injectors so there is not need for the FMU or the BTM box. The wires you saw was the wires that run to the controller for the BTM but I dont use it either

Ahh the fun of a SCed Mustang. Ya gotta lovem.

Hey, someone above mentioned this. It sounds as if you've got a belt slipping. You might ought to check the tension on your sc pulleys. You can usually tell by black powdery dust around your pulleys.

Good Luck with it.

SC's have straight cut gears because its in the V1 series of blower which explains the sound. If his blower belt was loose it wouldn't be making that sound, thats for sure. Just make sure your belt isn't to tight, don't want to cause any damage.

Yeah but mines a V2 lol which should be quieter. Prolly want you guys here is my belt squeal because I have a slight blet alignment issues but at idle the V2 is kinda loud but I got it as tight as I can with a socket wrench

Man that car sounds nasty from the back! What is your exhaust setup?
thanks

Thanks...um I need to get a video of it driving down the road the sound it wakes from 3K and up and espc. under boost oh man it sounds raw power....but I have holley flowtech long tubes with an custom x pipe with mufflers (not sure of brand) the are like box style.
