Some of you remenber my unfortunate close encounter with red Ford pick up truck (Original thread) about 2 weeks ago.
It took week for police officer to get ahold of guy who did it(he kept ignoreing message left by police department), and finaly got all the insurance info from police. that was week ago.
i call them everyday of this past week, and got same answer everytime.
"we are attempting to contact with our insured"...
I asked them that there is police report against him, and he was issued a multiple citation. What else do they need, and all i was told that they got my version of story, and now they need to get his side of story. blah blah blah...
SO i called again today, and it was brought to my attention that insurance co failed to realise that there are 3rd page to the police report that I faxed where it actualy states that he admitted to hit and run, and was issued several citation.
After that, it was smooth sailing.
I was told go ahead and make an appointment to get my car fixed, and all the payment will be sent to them, and i'll get a rental car(midsize car) as of monday until however long it takes to get my car fixed. Not that i need another car, as i have 3 more, but i figure they drag their feet long enough, i deserve that.
So hopefully, i get my back all fixed shortly
BTW, as they are going to replace my side scoop, I would like to get Saleen gill instead. where else can i get Saleen stuff other then Speedworx.com?
