It's a red 1992 5.0 LX with the saleen body kit. I'll post pics later. I have a few questions, the car had been sitting for 6 months, what is the first things I should do? I'm going to have all the fluids changed today, anything else?
It's a 4 lug, I'm not sure the last time it had a tune-up. I put fresh 91 octane in the tank, I just changed out the oil with synthetic. I checked the air pressure. There's a couple things wrong with it, probably going to need a bit of engine work, has a bit of a 'ticking' sound. I'm trying to figure out if it has an exaust leak which would explain the ticking sound, or if it's something more serious. The car has 90k original miles, and the engine had a full rebuild 2,000 miles prior to sitting for six months. The guy has 12-13 vehicles and is going through a divorce so he's unloading quite a bit of stuff. The car is also straight-piped and is going to have trouble getting smogged. The car is in great shape, body is straight, interior is flawless; I'll shoot pics later. Thanks for all your replies guys, any further feedback would be much appreciated.
Haha, I have a 2002 White 3.8 too, I need to redo my signature. Sorry about that, It has a MAC Cold Air kit with a K&N. Also has the Cobra Intake on it.
