That I promised to show you. This was taken just before I started to tear it down. As you can see the hood is already off.

Yeah, the local parts store didn't have a replacement alt. for a 95 cobra so I found a use alt. from a Carnival Cruiseliner! lol

I had a ricer ask me if my alternator was a supercharger one time

hehe, yeah, that's what i was getting at. you should've said something like "oh yeah, it's that new KB that features the copper wire--it cools the air."

Here is the pic of the engine ready to come out. I pulled it last night and put it on the engine stand. I don't have pics of that yet but this was taken the night before I pulled it. Let the fun begin!

Can anyone tell me what the round chrome thing is in the middle of the fuel line? The fuel lines are pulled back toward the passenger side fender on the left of the photo.

Looks like a fuel pressure regulator from what I see...?

Saw your car down at ETown FFW this year, very nice We stayed at the same hotel, I think you guys were checkin out my red Fox convertible and I was ready to snipe you from the balcony because you had me worried

it is a fuel pulsation dampner. it is supposed to smooth out the fuel pulses into the fuel rail.

MANSONOZZ- I hear you there. Every year I get nervous with the car in the parking lot. There are so many idiots out there it makes me nervous too, especially in New Jersey.

sounds like this prelude kid who told me his car would have done better then 16.9 but he kept bouncing off the rev limiter ,um........... MAYBE YOU SHOULD SHIFT IT!!!
