i had to short shift first to second to keep from spining, but all other gears i shifted at 5800. on one of my other runs a trapedd 83.42 in the 1/8th, i just cant seem to get any traction.I need some advice on how to luanch.

You definitely need help in the first 60'. Get that down and your times will improve DRAMATICALLY! Congrats on getting into the 13's!!!

yea the mph really suprised me i was trapping 104 with the auto, this is the first time to the track with the 5-speed.

also my car is full weight with a full size 17 inch rim with tire in the trunk with a big pump jack. and 1/2 a tank of gas.

My goal is to get a 12.99 on slicks

any adivice on how to launch?
