Finally - new motor in, no more oil leaks. But, running warm

Not yet. I don't have a hood on it and my inspection ran out in '05. Gotta talk to my friend to make sure everything is safe. LOL

I drove around the subdivision in 1st gear at about 2200 RPMS (4.10 gears makes that about 10-12MPH) for about 20 minutes. With the fan on, never went about 175-180 degrees. Whoo hoo.

I put the alternator on today and it charges wonderfully.

I'm gonna clean the car up a bit and take some pics.

hahaha you knucklehead!! Everyone does crap like that every once in a while.

The other day i was taking the upper intake off...and i removed the four bolts on the front and back on the upper/lower. But i forgot to take the cover plate off and remove the two in there.

I was up on the shock towers pulling on that SOB like crazy. What a dumba ss! We've all done it.
