Well after 1 year, (3) 02 sensors, 2 MILS (I didn't need) I am pulling off my LT Headers and catted X-pipe because of the P0133/P0153 code. No leaks, no bad wires, 02's are good, out of ideas. After hearing of about 100 people with the same problem, I'm going back to stock. Anyone have any luck fixing this...alot of people say they fixed it but never report back that thier "fix" didnt work.

Thanks

The codes are for the front 02 sensors. Because the LT headers move the 02's back about a foot from the original OEM position, the EEC throws a code because the 02 doesn't respond at the predetermined rate. I have not wrapped them...but I live in Southern Arizona and it was 109 degrees today and I still threw the code so I dont think cold pipes is to blame. Thanks for the help.

If your headers are not coated, I think you may still benefit from wrapping the collectors. even at 109 outside, the o2's need to be in the 450 degree range. It could also be a small exhaust leak that yo haven't found. I had a tiny hole in my egr tube where it was creased that threw the same codes. If not leaks and you don't want to use header wrap, then the only other way is to have the pulse delay lengthened with a tune.
