well, Derek, i'm taking my header out ow to take tranny out. It took me about 4.5 hours to dropp K-menber, to expose my header(which i'm going to disconnect them now).
Thats using no air tools, and 1 floor jack, and working bymyself.
this is my second time doing it. so that might havesomething to do with it

Heck...with flowtech's....I'd be happy if the flange bolt holes matched up...much less fitting with ZERO modifications.

Honestly.....I'm suprised.

what's so bad about them? i mean they're cheap as is, and i got some summit bucks to blow so i could get a set for under 200 bucks...i'd do it for that...

i don't have an experience with Flowtech. But considering amount of room u have to install bolts on some spot on LT(even with K-member out), i wouldn't want to mess with header if its going ot be off bit. making LT fit in there is one thing, but making bolts fit to header that is off is an entirely different matter. If its off bit. u DO NOT have room to wiggle it in in our car, especialy when it comes to header. i i would gradly pay extra money for company thats known for good fitment...
