my big heavy truck went 8.6's @ 77 last week at the track. it was good enough to embarrass a newer GTO pretty badly. that was leaving at 10 psi and in 4WD. wanted to make another pass and leave around 20 psi but someone broke and oiled the track.
1000 lbs. of torque, what in the hell are plan on pulling that much power, I wonder how much torque does the 18 wheelers have, bye the way, turbos on a diesel sound like American Muscle Vehicular Coitus.
haha, my 18 wheelers are limited to be only 80,000 LBS going down the road( Federal law mandates it for the exception of some states).
But, just to know what some put down, My Peterbilt 389 puts down 550 hp and 1,600 pounds of tq. Thats with the turbos turned up.
