Hey guys, this is my first engine build and i don't really know where to start.I'm still in the planning phase. I have a 1994 mustang gt, I took the motor out and converted it to a 5 speed. A buddy of mine suggested a roller so I bought a 1988 302 roller block and bore .30 over. I'm wanting 400 with good torque while keeping it n/a. I've heard good things about the f 303 cam so I'll probably be going with it. Any suggestions on where to go from here? I'm going to keep it fuel injection.

Those guys where lie'n to ya, good cam in like 1995 when there were few options, I mean it will work but you need to think about the engine build as a whole, along with rear gear, what the car will be mainly use for, that kind of thing, look through the builds here and get an idea of what it takes to make 400hp.

A turbo or a used blower can get you to the 400 range without breaking the bank.
Whatever you do, the t4m0 eec will need to be tuned.
Why did you take out the 5.0 out of the 94 in the first place?
