Fired up my 64 1/2 convertable for the first time this season and I got a vibration.

At first I thought it was flat spots on the tires from sitting, but at the intersection is really shakes. Didn't do it last year so I am baffled.

I changed the power-steering hoses and did some underhood detailing last winter but that is it.

Any suggestions on what to look for?

smell like it's running rich?

if it's missing it could shimmy at idle. look at your points, rotor, cap, wires, plugs.

Could be a vac-line popped off while you were working under the hood.

You guys are good, I feel like the rookie I am.

As soon as yo guys metionedthose I items, I pictured the plug wire I pulled for access and didn't hook back up.

You can say it, Uh Duh!!!

Since no one gave me the business for missing the obvious, share your easiest fix that caused headaches until you had that moment of clarity.

Great site by the way, I always get some help.
