first snow in stang

well we finally got snow this morning. i worked 11-7 so the ride home was fun! i've had a rear wheel drive car since i was 16 28 now. this thing is baaaad! even my old 87 5.0 was better. now don't get me wrong i had a blast, i even turned it sideways going up my hill, on purpose of course. i sure am glad i'm waiting till spring to drop my4.10's in though.

I am glad my car will not be in the snow. I always hated driving my 99 in the snow. Just be careful and shift at a lower rpm than you normally would.

Snow is fun but be careful guy. Fishtailing on purpose can quickly lead to disaster.

These cars are a blast in the snow. I love scaring the life out of passengers when it's snowing/raining. RWD V8's love to get sideways. I don't have traction control either, so even when I want to control it in the snow, it's a blast.

Yeah, they're fun until you lower and put a gear on em... I drove mine for one and a half winters here in Michigan...
If there was more than in an inch or 2 of snow on the roads I was not goin anywhere..lol
Not to mention any snow at all and my car would'nt make it up my driveway

get some V6 rims and tires. the skinnier tires will help cut through the snow. living just inside the lake effect snow belt, i've had a few scary rides. thankfully, i don't have to worry about that anymore.

After 13 winters of getting stuck in the snow with stangs (89 vert LX and 03 vert GT), I picked up a 95 Jeep wrangler for the winter (toy).

Anyway, I now say bring on the snow!!!!

Stangs werent made for and don't belong in the snow. Thats why I have a 98 Explorer. Sounds like you were doing reckless stuff...watch out!
