I was wondering if you guys could help me with a little check list of things to do and look for when uncovering and starting for the first time in 8 months.

First off going to do basic stuff like charge the battery and full oil change..

anything else??

Car has 48k all original miles on it.

Thanks!!

Maybe check for squirrels or mice that may have made nests in any inconspicuous places. May sound stupid at first but thats how my grandpas 71 stingray went down in flames.
Could also check your e brake cable too.

I know first hand.. when i bought the car it was in a warehouse sitting for some time and had HUGE nest under the manifold. After I started it and pulled away 25 minutes later it started smoking and thought i got ripped off lol.

you could always pull the plugs and put some oil down there, or hand crank it a bit to get the oil moving again before hardstarting it.
