besides soaking with pb blaster over night and using the 1415 gaskets....what else do i need to know. and what all do you have to remove to get to the headers? like the spark plug wires?

plugs and wires gotta come out. plugs might could stay but you chance breaking them. and it helps to have an impact gun on the manifold to pipe bolts. those suck

The wires must be moved....but you can unhook them from the plugs and lay the spider web out of the way, one side at a time and leave the dizzy cap on. You should remove the plugs, as they can interfere with the headers and like mentioned above...you run the risk of breaking them.

Yea, if you need any of the slip on locks, I am sure I still have a few floating around my driveway...possibly a few on the road between my house and work.
