i've had my '91 notch for five years now...and its still bone stock. im on a tight budget, but im finally ready (and excited) to make some changes. to you guys, what are the best and cheapest things i could do or upgrade to get started?

3.73 or 4.10 gears, long tube headers with taht goes a new mid pipe, 3g swap w/ underdrive pullies and electric fan, mandrel bent exhaust, k+n filter, 65-70mm tb, 73-76mm maf, new upper and lower intake, bump the timing(will need to run premium fuel). Those are the simplistic "few hundred dollar" mods.
i forgot to mention before that it's an aod...so the shifter's out
exaust was one thing that i had thought a little about, if i were to do exaust, which sets do you guys suggest the most. i want the best performance above anything else. thanks a lot for the replys so far.
AOD? 3:73's, underdrive pullies and 3G alternator upgrade, electric fan, shorty headers, off-road X-pipe, catback exhaust. A good tune-up is always good (O2 sensors, and junk)...
