I have an '87 notch with the power opening gas door. I hit the button for it in the glove compartment, and it makes a popping sound but the door doesn't open. The gas door will open by hand. I was wondering if the door would close so nobody could open it and steal gas out of my tank since it is $3+/gallon now. How does it work and how can I fix it?
