I have flows/ProChamber... drones like a mofo, it's not that loud it's just way way way too deep inside. Would switching to a Dr. Gas X-Pipe help at all? Outside it sounds killer right now, but roll the windows up and it's just tiring as hell. If not, what's the next best thing with a prochamber other than flows that won't drone? (other than magnapacks b/c i think they sound like crap)

If you have flowmaster, you will have drone. Simple as that. Thats what a lot of people like about flowmaster, and thats what a lot of people hate ...you won't really get rid of it unless you switch mufflers.

Changing to a Dr. Gas X would make it even louder and you would probably like it even less - but you definetly would have one mean sounding exhaust if you switched ...Dr. Gas with Flows (my fav)

Basically switching to any type of mufflers without chambers will get rid of the drone for ya. Good luck.

Get a true X pipe (or an H pipe) to go with Flows. True X, meaning they cross or siamese with each other - not like the BBK or Bassani 'clamshell' design.

your going to have drone with the flows. if you want to get rid of the drone and get a better flowing muffler then get magnaflows. I have had them and I liked them just liked the flows a little better.
